Some we studied, some we built, most we did both. A church's safeguarding obligations, a naturopath's practice, a hemp label's investor round, a real estate CRM, and a councillor who had never sent a newsletter.

Making compliance affordable
NSW Child Safe Standards were putting small churches in an impossible position: comply or close. We read the obligations, sat with the volunteers who carry them, then designed, built, and now host the system that does the work. Donated to the first church, live in use since, and still improving. It's a product now.
A naturopathic practice was drowning in manual processes and had a dozen ideas about where AI could help. We studied the whole practice and handed back a plan the practitioner could act on with anyone, including nobody.
A São Paulo founder had a striking vision, a room full of unordered ideas, and no time. We turned it into a complete investor approach: cinematic teasers, a bilingual dossier, an investor deck, and a printed leave-behind. Every market claim independently verified before it reached the room.
A real estate agency's CRM and email platform didn't talk to each other, so every campaign started with a spreadsheet export. We built a production plugin: 33,000+ contacts, 13,000+ listings, suburb-based segmentation, real-time sync. Nobody exports anything now.

From digitally lost to digitally present
A local councillor with no digital literacy needed to reach his constituents and had been relying on other people to do it. We designed a training program and an AI assistant around the way he actually works. He writes and sends his own updates now.
