Who we are
Moulin Intelligence is a software atelier founded by Bruno and Helô Moulin, two software engineers who spent twenty years each building for governments, banks, and insurers across Brazil and Australia, then left the corporate world to build under our own name.
We now think and build for business owners with complex problems, founders stuck between vision and execution, and organisations that know they need a system but don't know where to start.

I work through the parts nobody has looked at yet, trace the problem back to its root, and design the simplest system that solves it.
I've spent twenty years across three countries: building digital voting and parliamentary systems for the Brazilian Congress, rising from developer to Solution Architect across insurance and enterprise software at Axe Group in Sydney, and founding Moulin Intelligence in New South Wales before moving the workshop to Asunción. I've shipped production systems across real estate, insurance, healthcare, government, nonprofit, and luxury brand strategy.
Programming languages were invented because machines couldn't understand human language. Now they can. Code stopped being the bottleneck; knowing what to build and why is the work. And sometimes the right solution isn't a new system at all, but connecting and sharpening what you already have.

Where Bruno explores ten directions at once, I work out which three are viable and make sure they're bulletproof before they ship.
My career runs through two of the most unforgiving domains in software: money markets banking in Curitiba, then nine years in Sydney leading teams and delivering enterprise insurance systems end to end. Before any of that I was doing machine-learning research (genetic algorithms, recommender systems) back when it was still an academic curiosity. Colleagues tend to describe me the same way: organised, aligned, and unafraid to raise the risk everyone else is avoiding.
If Bruno is the architect, I'm the structural engineer. Nothing ships without my sign-off.

Why this pairing works
We're both architects by temperament. We think in systems, value craft over speed, and believe that understanding a problem deeply is half of solving it.
But we're different where it counts. Bruno charges ahead with confidence; Helô pressure-tests with precision. He sees what's possible, she sees what could go wrong, and what we hand over has been through both.
